Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, butter, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix shredded coconut and chopped pecans in a bowl.
- Pour the hot syrup over the coconut-pecan mixture.
- Stir until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let cool until firm.
