- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a cake pan to form the base.
- Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
