- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan and serve chilled. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can top the cheesecake with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or caramel for added flavor.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
