- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon filling over crusts in cups.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh berries.
