Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
- In another pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until softened.
- Top each patty with Swiss cheese and let it melt.
- Place patties on buns, add mushrooms, and serve.

- Use high-fat beef for juicier burgers.
- Toast the buns for extra crunch.
