- 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or edible glitter for decoration
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In separate heatproof bowls, melt the white and dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. If desired, add coconut oil to each chocolate for a smoother consistency.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Immediately sprinkle with your choice of decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat with all strawberries, alternating between white and dark chocolate as desired.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
