Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and coconut oil (if using).
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted and smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Place the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.

- Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
