- 2 lbs of chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Add fresh spinach on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
