  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In serving dishes, layer the creamy mixture with fresh berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a more indulgent flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
