  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
