- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
