- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced tomatoes or fresh herbs.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if preferred.
