Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Melt butter in the skillet and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve with jelly or jam on the side.
Notes
- You can use any kind of bread, but white bread gives the best results.
- Feel free to add Dijon mustard or mayonnaise inside the sandwich for extra flavor.
