- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the marinated beef, cook until browned.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water, add to the pan.
- Stir in green onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
