Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon cloves

- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and spices in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, sugars, eggs, and water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use canned or homemade pumpkin puree.
- Store leftovers wrapped tightly.
