- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Fold in dry ingredients until combined. Stir in cranberries.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Whisk powdered sugar and orange juice for icing. Drizzle over cake.
