Instructions

- In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Drain excess moisture from zucchini if needed.
