  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool before slicing.
