Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (or to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (about 8-10 leaves, plus more for garnish)
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions

- Pour the bourbon over the ice, and stir gently to combine.
- Top off with more crushed ice, creating a mound on top.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy!
Notes
- For the best flavor, use fresh mint leaves.
- Adjust the simple syrup to your taste preference.
- You can also chill your glass beforehand for an extra frosty drink.
