Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini cake pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the mini cake pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely.
- Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
