Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a mini cake pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into the mini cake pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cakes cool completely.
  8. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
