- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté bell peppers and onions until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning, stir well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese and cilantro on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
- Cook in the skillet for 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
