- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into mini tart pans.
- Bake crusts for 5 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon filling into cooled crusts.
- Top with fresh berries and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

- For a firmer crust, bake an extra 2 minutes.
