- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced steak on each tortilla, and top with chopped onion and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
