- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Add salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve in tacos, burritos, or salads.
