Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, and parsley.
