Description

A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken inspired by Mediterranean flavors. It works well with grilled, baked, or pan-seared chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
  2. Add oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Coat the chicken evenly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  5. Cook the chicken as desired—grill, bake, or pan-sear.
