Description
A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken inspired by Mediterranean flavors. It works well with grilled, baked, or pan-seared chicken.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.
- Add oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
- Coat the chicken evenly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
- Cook the chicken as desired—grill, bake, or pan-sear.
Notes
- For best results, marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Adjust salt and spices to taste.
- Store leftover marinade in the fridge for up to 3 days.
