- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Warm pita bread in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble gyros by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions on pita.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and fold to serve.
