- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- Warm pita breads.
- Assemble gyros with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, and tzatziki.
- Sprinkle fries with parmesan and parsley.
- Serve gyros with fries.
