  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Slice cooked chicken into strips.
  7. Warm pita breads.
  8. Assemble gyros with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken, and tzatziki.
  9. Sprinkle fries with parmesan and parsley.
  10. Serve gyros with fries.
