- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined but do not overmix.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or mushrooms.
