- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that will fit in your air fryer basket.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the top of the meatloaf with ketchup.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
