  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf that will fit in your air fryer basket.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
