Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 2 lbs
- Brown rice – 3 cups
- Broccoli – 2 cups
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp
- Salt – to taste

- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Divide chicken, rice, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in microwave before serving.
