Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- Fresh fruits for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- If using, stir in Greek yogurt.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and top with fresh fruits.
