Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until smooth and no lumps remain.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. If you prefer an iced latte, skip this step.
- Add the sweetener to the milk and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and stir until well combined.
- If making an iced latte, fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha mixture over the ice. For a hot latte, simply pour into a cup and enjoy!
