Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Dip each ball in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
