- 1 egg

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the puffs until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
