Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tbsp masala spice mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken with masala spice mix, salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake fries in the oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Heat remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Mix garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper to make the sauce.
  6. Serve chicken with fries, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with cilantro.
