Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
