- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, whisk vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle fresh dill and mix gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Use ripe but firm tomatoes to prevent mushiness.
