Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken with maple syrup, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- In another pan, melt butter and sauté Brussels sprouts until crispy, 8-10 minutes.
- For the Alfredo, heat cream in a saucepan. Add Parmesan and Cajun seasoning, stirring until smooth.
- Serve chicken with Alfredo sauce and crispy Brussels sprouts.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Shredded Brussels sprouts work if you prefer smaller pieces.
