- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon fillets for 2 minutes per side.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
- Adjust bourbon to taste if needed.
