Description
A refreshing and creamy mango sorbet made with ripe mangoes, perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
Ingredients

- 4 medium ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pinch pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, sugar, lime juice, water, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, or until partially frozen.
- Stir the sorbet with a fork to break up any ice crystals, then return to the freezer for another 2 hours.
- Once the sorbet is fully frozen, scoop into bowls and serve.
