Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, sugar, lime juice, water, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, or until partially frozen.
