Description
These refreshing mango popsicles are the perfect summer treat. Made with fresh mangoes and a hint of lime, they’re easy to make and a hit with kids and adults alike!
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling them out.
Notes
- You can substitute the coconut milk with any milk of your choice.
- Feel free to add other fruits like pineapple or berries for variation.
- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
