- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and mango puree.
- Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.

- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
