Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Add bread cubes, cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Stir in the cooked sausage.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
