Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
