  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
