- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream or ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese while hot.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Drizzle with sour cream or ranch dressing and hot sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
