- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make frosting.
- Frost cooled cookies and add sprinkles if desired.
