- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the lobster sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
