These loaded nachos are the perfect party food, topped with melted cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, and all your favorite toppings!

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken (optional)
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
- Add black beans and cooked meat (if using) over the cheese.
- Top with sliced jalapeños and diced tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking. You can add olives, corn, or any other ingredients you enjoy.
- For extra spice, use spicy cheese or add more jalapeños.
