- 1 package (3.4 oz) lemon instant pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon juice.
